Gridd is a principle-led business, run by Paul Fletcher a Gold Card electrician who spent 25 years delivering network infrastructure for some of London’s most demanding finance and media clients.

After moving out of London in 2019 with his family to work on their own barn restoration, Paul put his technology career to one side and qualified as an electrician. In 2023 he founded Gridd UK.

New to the industry but un-burdened by the way small trades usually operate, Gridd found success. By giving customers the same high-quality service his corporate clients would have demanded, Paul and Gridd began to stand out from the crowd.

As the electrical industry began relying more on networked systems for EV, Solar PV, ESS and smart controls, customers began to see Gridd as uniquely able to help. Delivering the network and the power infrastructure as one unified package.

Gridd are qualified to do the technical design & implementation and have the experience to deliver a professional service. From gathering requirements, drawings, handling change and producing clear handover documentation.

Today Gridd work with selected architects and main contractors as the single point of contact for expert home electrical and network infrastructure.
